	• Proposals:
		• 1 page short proposals up to 50-70+ depending on scope of project • Some were cold call proposals to developers, architects, engineers and property owners • Some were in response to RFPs and RFQs
	• Letters of Inquiry to possible clients • RFPs and RFQs for parking related projects such as signage and parking machinery acquisition, installation and the manning of parking facilities • Parking Studies / Parking Management Plans • Signage plans using Autocad • Regular detailed correspondences about project status with clients/ developers, architects, engineers and property owners • Memos and minutes from meetings usually distributed to clients • Professional witness briefs for parking related law suits, letters to lawyers and clients • Direct mailers to developers, architects, engineers and property owners to generate new business • Presentations for new project interviews plus leave behind material • Presentations to clients • Presentations to city hall assemblies, public out reach and public forums • Partner Bios, project write ups and general marketing material for general distribution and for tradeshows/conferences • Generally all writing, editing and proof reading needed for the business
